Opt In / Opt Out Form

If you have received a letter from Conservice LLC, please note that it was not authorized by the City of Boston. Residents who received this mailing will not be automatically enrolled in the BCCE Program and the enclosed opt out cards will not be processed if mailed in. Only residents who received the City’s official letter in September will be automatically enrolled into the BCCE program or opted out if the official opt out card is mailed. If you would like to join or OPT OUT of the Program please use this official OPT-IN/ OPT-OUT form.

Welcome to the online opt-in/opt-out form for the City of Boston’s Community Choice Electricity Program. You may use this form to change your enrollment status in the Program or switch your product selection. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email. No further action is required.
