ENROLLMENT CHANGE Form

Welcome to the online opt-in/opt-out form for the City of Boston’s Community Choice Electricity Program. You may use this form to change your enrollment status in the Program or switch your product selection. Be sure to enter all information as it appears on your Eversource electricity bill. After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming your form submission. You will receive another confirmation when the enrollment has been processed by the supplier. Please note that enrollment changes may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your bill.

$0.13987 - OPTIONAL GREEN 100 (MA REQ + 80% MA Class I RECs) = 100% MA Class I RECs

Customer Name Key

Although it is not labeled, it can be found on top left corner on second page of bill below your account number. It is typically four capital letters which are usually the first four letters of the last name or business name on the bill, but not always.
